​What are your commercial cleaning contract length terms?
Our standard agreement with the businesses we clean is month to month. Our janitorial services may be cancelled with a 30-day notice.

When will your crews clean my facility?
Our commercial cleaning teams are available to clean outside of your business hours or during your business hours, depending on when cleaning makes the most sense for your company.

How many hours does a commercial cleaner work?
Oso Clean provides flexible scheduling to our employees. We hire full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of 4 hours per week.

What shifts are available?
We clean businesses mostly during the second shift and on the weekends. Limited first shift positions are available.

What employee benefits are offered by Oso Clean Janitorial Service?
We provide uniforms and paid training to all employees. Full-time employees are eligible for holiday pay and paid time off.

When do employees become eligible for a personalized bobblehead?
After three years of employment with our commercial cleaning company, employees may have a bobblehead created in their likeness. Two copies of the bobblehead are made. One is given to the employee, and the other is displayed with our Oso Clean Bobblehead Family at our office. Apply today to join our team!
